Service Advisor
Are you passionate? Brimming with energy? Dedicated to power sports? Then join the team!
WSL is looking to hire a full-time Service Advisor.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers and answering their questions
- Obtaining vehicle information
- Reviewing repair histories
- Clearly reporting symptoms as described by the customer
- Determining required maintenance
- Promoting sales
- Double checking invoices
- Explaining all work and charges to the customer when they arrive for pickup
- Overseeing the return of the vehicle to the client
As the primary liaison between the Service Department and its customers, the successful candidate will be personable, positive, flexible, willing to learn, have basic computer skills, be a good problem solver… and have a passion for the outdoors.
Trades training or programming is helpful, but not necessary, and a high school diploma is mandatory. WSL is willing to invest in and train promising individuals.

- Ensuring all customer boats are ready for pickup
- Following safety procedures
- Putting on boat covers
- Keeping the lot neat and orderly
- Moving boats in and out of the service area
- Assisting with hitching and unhitching boats during pickups and drop-offs
- Maintaining shop cleanliness
- Going over vehicle and equipment maintenance checklists.
In short, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients, and keeping the area clean, organized, and presentable. Extra points if they are personable, positive, flexible, willing to learn, have basic computer skills, be a good problem solver… and have a passion for the outdoors.

General Maintenance/Yard Technician
Are you organized? Love the outdoors? Passionate about power sports? Then join the team!
WSL is looking to hire a full-time General Maintenance/Yard Technician.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The security and maintenance of the yard, docks, and inventory
- Keeping boats covered and free of debris
- Opening shop and locking up
- Proper organization and tagging of major units
- Loading and unloading of freight and service bays
- The maintenance of all machinery and equipment
- Winterizing boats.
